Provided is a three dimensional printing apparatus which secures accuracy through a restoration process. The three dimensional printing apparatus comprises: a main fuselage having a reference portion and a support portion; a plurality of drive units which are disposed on the main fuselage, and connect the reference portion to the support portion along an axis; a carrying unit including a plurality of connection parts in an axial direction; a plurality of detection units which are disposed on the reference portion to individually correspond to the connection parts in the axial direction; and a control unit coupled to the drive units and the detection units. The carrying unit is assembled on the drive units, and driven to be moved between the reference portion and support portion by the drive units. Each detection unit detects whether each corresponding connection parts in the axial direction has arrived to the reference portion to generate a termination signal. The control signal synchronizes the operations of the drive units according to the termination signal.
