PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CD37-binding molecule and an immunoconjugate thereof.SOLUTION: There is provided a new anticancer agent which contains antibodies bonded to CD37 and immunoconjugates but is not limited to them. There is also provided a method for using an agent, antibodies or immunoconjugates which is a method for suppressing tumor growth, for example. This specification describes new antibodies bound to human CD37, immunoconjugates containing the antibodies, and a method for using them. There is also provided new polypeptide, antibodies bound to human CD37, for example, fragments of such antibodies, and another polypeptide related to such antibodies.
