a raw water supplying unit configured to supply raw water to be measured; a filtration membrane; a raw water supply line which connects the raw water supplying unit with the filtration membrane; a flow rate measuring unit configured to measure a flow rate; and an SDI/MFI measurement line which connects the filtration membrane with the flow rate measuring unit, wherein a modified fouling index (MFI) and a silt density index (SDI) are measured at the same time using a flow rate passing through the SDI/MFI measurement line. |
