PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image reproduction method, an image reproduction apparatus, and an optical disk, for a stereoscopic image, capable of improving the information compression efficiency of a 3D image information file more than the conventional.SOLUTION: The image reproduction method reproduces a stereoscopic image from a right-eye image 1 and a left-eye image 2 included in an image stream, by using a parallax. In accordance with a data flag showing for which of the right-eye image or the left-eye image to use a main image, a stereoscopic image is reproduced by using the main image and a sub image predicted from the main image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
