摘要 FIELD: metallurgy.SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for evaluation of end of life of component parts made from metals and alloys thereof. Method includes installing on surface of inspected component part at place of monitoring material of component part a separate-combined piezoelectric transducer, inputting pulses of ultrasonic vibrations into component part material through its outer surface and receiving a mixture of ultrasonic vibrations reflected from irregularities of structure of component part material, wherein at reception of a mixture of reflected ultrasonic vibrations from irregularities of structure of component part material, values of signals are discretely measured from a given time tto a given time twith sampling rate (t-t)/n, where n is number of measurements in time interval from tto t, storing measured values, determining average of measured values of reflected ultrasonic vibrations and standard deviation of mixture of reflected ultrasonic vibrations relative to calculated average value in time interval (t-t), then determining standard deviation of mixture of reflected ultrasonic vibrations Ufor component part corresponding to limiting state of material, that is determined experimentally, bringing material of component part to a state preceding its destruction, which makes it impossible to use component part, further, determining first value of standard deviation of mixture of reflected ultrasonic vibrations Ufor component part after discharge from production made of same material as component part corresponding to limiting state of material, then determining a second value of standard deviation of mixture of reflected ultrasonic vibrations Ufor component part made of same material at operating time corresponding to first scheduled maintenance, further, based on two measured previous values of standard deviation of mixture of reflected ultrasonic vibrations Uand standard deviation of mixture of reflected ultrasonic vibrations Udetermining linear dependence of operating time of component part from standard deviation of mixture of reflected ultrasonic vibrations T(U), then based on derived parameters, estimating end of life of component parts made from metals and alloys thereof.EFFECT: determination of possibility of further operation of component part.1 cl, 11 dwg
