The present invention relates to a tube cleaning system for a condenser using cleaning balls, which reduces energy loss caused by a pipe screen. The tube cleaning system for a condenser using cleaning balls comprises: one or more pipe screens which are installed inside a pipe to be rotated; a pipe screen driving part which drives the pipe screens to be rotated between a screening position and an opening position; a ball collector which has a ball collecting hole, a main body, and a collector screen; a collector screen driving part which drives the collector screen to be moved between a collecting position and a supply position; an upper pressure sensor which measures the pressure value in the upper part of the screen; a lower pressure sensor which measures the pressure value in the lower part of the screen; and a control part which controls the collector screen driving part, and the pipe screen driving part.
