The present invention relates to a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) powder for powder slush molding, which includes: a core layer composed of a PVC resin composition for core; and a PVC resin shell layer for coating formed on a surface of the core layer. The PVC resin composition for core includes a PVC resin for core and a trimethylate-based plasticizer represented by chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, R_1, R_2, and R_3 are identical or different from each other, and are alkyl groups with 8-12 carbon atoms.
