发明名称 MANUFACTURING METHOD OF METAL POLYMER COMPLEX SHEET
摘要 Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a metal polymer composite sheet, which can significantly increase dispersibility in slurry for manufacturing a sheet when manufacturing the metal polymer composite sheet by a thick film process. The method for manufacturing a metal polymer composite sheet comprises the steps of: manufacturing the slurry, in which different kinds of first metal powder and second metal powder having different particle sizes are dispersed, by firstly dispersing the second metal powder having a relatively smaller particle size in a solvent, mixing the second metal powder with a resin solution to obtain a mixture, and dispersing the first metal powder having a relatively larger particle size in the mixture; and manufacturing the composite sheet by tape-casting and curing the slurry. The first metal powder has at least one composition selected from the group consisting of Fe-Si, Fe-Ni-Si, Fe-Cr-Si, and Fe-Al-Si having a particle size of 10 to 15 m. The second metal powder is carbonyl iron powder (CIP) having a particle size of 3 to 4 m. The method of the present invention can greatly increase the content of metal solids in the same conditions by reducing the viscosity of the slurry and significantly improving the dispersibility of the metal solids, thereby improving the magnetic characteristics of an inductor which is manufactured by laminating the composite sheets manufactured through the tape-casting of the slurry.
