PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pre-filled syringe that can prevent liquid from leaking from a port part to which a cap is mounted.SOLUTION: The syringe includes: an external cylinder 2; a gasket slidable inside the external cylinder 2; a pressing element operating to move the gasket; and the cap 7 detachably mounted to the port part 22 of the external cylinder 2. A recess (groove) 227 with an annular shape is provided to a tip surface 226 of the port part 22, as a regulation part for regulating (preventing) liquid from leaking from a tip opening 224 of the port part 22. The recess 227 is annularly extended around the port part 22 about the axis 223 thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
