摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the parity sequentially, with good reception quality of an LDPC-CC code.SOLUTION: First through m-th parity check polynomials for use in encoding operation of low density parity check (LDPC:Low-Density Parity-Check) of time varying period m (m is an integer of two or more), and coding rate n/(n+1) (n is an integer of one or more), represented by formula (1), and satisfying zero, are supplied sequentially to an encoder. By using the encoder to which the first through m-th parity check polynomials are supplied, LDPC code words are generated by performing the encoding operation for the input data, and then a modulation signal is generated from the LDPC code words thus generated, by using any one of a plurality of modulation systems.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 56
