PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge pump capable of supplying a stable voltage.SOLUTION: A charge pump in an embodiment includes: a first capacitor; a first transistor which is connected across one end of the first capacitor and a ground; and a second transistor which is connected across the other end of the first capacitor and a first output node. During a first operation, a voltage a first voltage of which has been boosted by using the capacitor is output on the first output node.
