摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform calibration without using optical flow.SOLUTION: In a calibration method in a three-dimensional shape measurement instrument in which a projector for measuring a three-dimensional shape of a measurement object by a light section method and projecting slit light and a camera for imaging the slit light projected by the projector are fixedly disposed and the measurement object is moved by moving means, an external parameter of the camera is calculated in at least two positions to which the moving means can be moved, and the external parameter of the camera based on an amount of movement of the moving means is acquired from the calculated external parameter of the camera by proportional distribution in minute movement units of the moving means, and an external parameter of the projector is acquired from the external parameter of the camera based on the acquired amount of movement.
