The present invention relates to antibiotics-independent vector for constant high-expression and method for gene expression using the vector. Stable expression of recombination gene is maintained by stable plasmid using essential genes for microorganism growth and division as marker instead of antibiotics marker such as ampicillin. The application of the antibiotics-independent vector for constant high-expression of this invention may overcome the problems caused by obtaining high-priced inducing substance and using antibiotics-resistant gene. The pure production of various beneficial deoxyribonucleic acid DNAs and recombination protein is achieved.
