PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To switch a possibility for removing a saddle bag and a possibility for opening and closing a lid by key operation of a single key cylinder lock so as to reduce the number of parts. SOLUTION: An engaging arm part 69 which releases the engagement with a locking hook 53 of the lid while a lever 65 of the key cylinder lock 61 is at a first turn position, but is engaged with the locking hook 53 in accordance with the turn of the lever 65 from the first turn position to a second turn position is provided in such a way that an engaging condition with the locking hook 53 is maintained even by the turn of the lever 65 from the second turn position to a third turn position on the lever 65. A wire 94 pulled in accordance with the turn of the lever 65 from the second turn position to the third turn position is provided between a lock means and the lever 65 in such a way that the lock means is operated so as to release the engagement with a saddle bag stay by its pulling and the transmission of power to the lock means is avoided depending on the turn of the lever 65 between the first and second turn positions.
