PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle display device capable of positioning a display panel and a constituting member at a proper position and minimizing a gap between the display panel and an instrument panel. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a guide groove 3a constituted of a curved groove Tc for connecting a lateral groove Th formed to be wide and a vertical groove Tv, a pressing lever 40 for pressing a bearing member 5b fixed to an upper part of the display panel 5 by elastic force of a compression spring 41, and a tilting lever 50 for tilting the display panel 5 at a prescribed angle.
