PURPOSE: A double opening and closing system blind window is provided to minimize the thermal loss of a building through window. CONSTITUTION: A double opening and closing system blind window comprises a mainframe(10), a first window(30), a second window and a blind(100). The second window has an internal space in the space between first and second windows. The second window is opened and closed at on one side of the first window using a turning method. The blind forms an internal space between second window and first window. The blind comprises a pan head and a shielding plate. The fixture is fixed to the window frame upside of the first window. The shielding plate comprises a heat reflecting layer and a thermal absorption layer. |
