PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonadhesive member sticking device in a tape cutter, superior in easiness-to-use, by easily separating from both ends of a tape, while optionally sticking an adhesive member to one end and both ends of the using tape, by accurately sticking the nonadhesive member to a pressure sensitive adhesive surface desired position of a pressure sensitive adhesive tape by cutting in the desired length. SOLUTION: This nonadhesive member sticking device is characterized by having a movable roller 2 and a free roller 2a making a pair with the movable roller 2 for introducing the tape extracted from a pressure sensitive adhesive tape holding part 300, a starting arm part 6 having a tape receiving roller 3 on one end, a nonadhesive member supply part 11 having a nonadhesive member pressing part 9 for pressing and sticking the nonadhesive member NT to the pressure sensitive adhesive tape T, a nonadhesive member cutting part 16 on a triangular base board 13, and a cutter part 17 formed to be taken in and out.
