VEHICULAR SEAT WITH HEAD REST AND VEHICLE PROVIDED WITH THE SAME SEAT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat with a head rest effectively supporting and restricting the head part and the neck part of an occupant and when backward receiving impact load from the occupant, reducing the reaction and capable of effectively relaxing the impact load received by the occupant. SOLUTION: The head rest 1 is provided with a head rest body 2; and a head rest lower part 3 provided at a lower side than it. The head rest lower part 3 is made movable in a longitudinal direction by being turned making a lateral shaft 26 extending in a left/right direction in the head rest body 2 as a center and can be positioned at a predetermined turning angle. Further, when pressing force of predetermined pressing force or higher is rearward applied to the head rest lower part 3 in the state that the head rest lower part 3 is turned such that it is positioned at a front side, the head rest lower part 3 is rearward displaced.
