<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retractable ball-point pen, the feeling of a pushbutton action of which is favorable under the condition that the tip edge of an ink housing tube as a stepper part is caught neither by the minimum diametral part of inactive coil part formed at the tip of a refill spring nor by the stepped part securing the tip of the refill spring formed within a top mouth at the pushbutton action. <P>SOLUTION: In the retractable ball-point pen, in which a refill 30 is housed within a barrel 10 under the state being sprung by the refill spring 40 to a tail end side so as to project the tip of a tip 33 beyond the tip opening 21 of the top mouth 20 by a pushbutton action in order to become writable, the tip of the inactive coil part 41 having in a taper extending forwards at the fore end of the refill spring is secured by the stepped part 22 within the top mouth so as to located the tip edge 31a of the ink housing tube 31 ahead the minimum diametral part 41a of the inactive coil part and, in addition, the tip edge of the ink housing tube ahead the stepped part within the top mouth under the waiting state of a tip being retreated in the top mouth. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
