<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a user's convenience by creating jobs including a transmission source, a user name, transmission time and a sequence priority instruction at a transmitting side and enabling an image formation apparatus receiving the jobs to divide the jobs for each user and print in order of a transmission order. <P>SOLUTION: This image forming apparatus system comprising an image forming apparatus and an image output device which respectively have an independent IP address has a means for creating jobs including a transmission source, a user name, transmission time and a sequence priority instruction at a transmitting side, a means for dividing and storing the jobs in a folder for each user when the image forming apparatus of a receiving side receives the job including a transmission source, a user name, a transmission time and a sequence priority instruction, a means for aligning the jobs in order of transmission time, and a means for outputting the jobs to the image output device when the jobs reach the number of jobs included in the sequence priority instruction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
