<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print file management system for enhancing security and supporting the efficiency of work, a management user terminal, a server, a print file registration program, a print file management program and a print file managing method. <P>SOLUTION: A control part 20 of the management user terminal 2a creates a print file 18, displays a plurality of print users in a selectable way on a display 23 and transmits to the server 1 a print user identifier of a selected print user, a management user identifier of a print management user that has created the print file 18 and the print file 18. The server 1 stores the print file 18, the print user identifier or the like in a print file storing part 12.
