<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print processing program, apparatus and method thereof, and a document management program, an apparatus, and a method thereof, wherein a print processing speed is increased, the cost for print services is reduced, and a complicated work is not imposed on a user. <P>SOLUTION: The print processing program decides, with a decision means, whether or not a document content to be printed satisfies conditions and decides, with the decision means, whether or not essential use of printing data has been set up with respect to the document content to be printed.
