METHOD FOR DETECTING INSTABILITY OF THE CHROMOSOMES IN THE BLOOD LYMPHOCYTES OF THE DESCENDANTS OF IRRADIATED HUMAN BEINGS

The proposed method for detecting distant, latent, or transmissible instability of the chromosomes in the blood lymphocytes of the descendants of irradiated human beings consists in accomplishing the cytogenetic analysis of the preparations of the chromosomes that are obtained from the long-term culture of the lymphocytes of the patient's peripheral blood and determining the rate of chromosome abnormalities in the cells after the fifth mitotic division.
