PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a mover to move at high speed and to stop it suppressing its vibration when positioning it in open-loop control. SOLUTION: A positioning control device of a linear actuator is provided with the mover and a stator arranged around the mover. The stator is provided with a stacked core, a coil fixed on the stacked core, permanent magnets provided to face the mover. This positioning control device comprises a parameter setting means 10 for setting parameters such as a current value including the polarity of a current supplied to the coil and conduction period of time, and a control means 20 for moving the mover to a desired position by controlling the current supplied to the coil of the linear actuator based on the parameters set by the parameter setting means.
