REMOTE CONTROL SYSTEM, REMOTE COMMANDER, REMOTE CONTROL OPERATING METHOD, APPARATUS TO BE CONTROLLED IN REMOTE CONTROL, AND COMPUTER SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify an apparatus desired to be controlled by a user in an easy style and carry out a remote control operation when a plurality of controllable apparatuses exist on a network. SOLUTION: When the remote control system specifies the apparatus to be controlled in the case where the plurality of controllable apparatuses exist on the network, the remote control system can display a specified result on a GUI of an IP remote controller by a response to a specified command by using bidirectional properties of a network communication. The remote control system responds by a picture output from a display device of an apparatus body specified actually, by blinking of light from a LED, and by a speech output from a speaker, and specifies the apparatus to be controlled in a realistic and easy style.
