PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide casing structure of an electronic apparatus capable of reducing a feeling of incongruity in heat generation, which is given to an operator in an operation state. SOLUTION: A cover body 3 is prepared to form an air layer between the face 33 of the casing 21 in the vicinity of a heating element and the cover body 2. The cover body 3 prevents the operator from touching the face 33 of the casing 21 in the vicinity of the heating element.
