The invention relates to oligomeric compounds (oligomers) directionally influencing on mRNA HER3 in the cell, inducing reduction in HER3 expression, influencing on sequence of disease states, such as hyperproliferative diseases comprising malignant tumours. The invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions containing oligomers, and to the methods for HER3 inhibition by the mentioned oligomers. |
