PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding device in magnetic field as well as a mold, capable of molding in more uniform magnetic field environment to provide a plurality of magnets with no degradation in magnetic characteristics and dimension precision. SOLUTION: A cavity 100 is arranged on concentric circles to provide a plurality of annular magnets. An annular magnetic body 90 is provided closer to the cavity 100 on the concentric circle than to the cavity 100 away from the center of magnetic field on the concentric circle close to the center of magnetic field, for uniform magnetic field intensity acting on the cavities 100 on a plurality of concentric circles of different distances from the center of magnetic field.
