PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that unstable operation of a compressor or vibration occurs in a frequency for change-over between torque control in a low speed operation region and load corresponding control in a medium-high speed operation region when the output voltage of an inverter device is only changed corresponding to load torque fluctuation in one rotation of the compressor for torque control. SOLUTION: During changing an operation frequency when the frequency for change-over between the torque control and the load corresponding control exists between an operation frequency before changed and a target operation frequency, the change-over frequency is set as a threshold value for performing control in a load corresponding control region to increase the speed of an outdoor fan in a torque control region.
