PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which compares operation states such as a work proportion in a use positions where a user cooks mainly, and comparatively evaluates a system kitchen from acquired operation data of the user. SOLUTION: A system kitchen evaluation method comprises steps of: measuring positions of the user using the system kitchen provided with an equipment appliance space and a cooking part space during cooking at any time; converting the positions to distances with the use position of the cooking part space as the origin; and evaluating magnitudes of states of being distant from the cooking part space.
