<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor driver, achieving high motor output with limited desired power by enabling higher-output/higher-revolution drive and suppressing the loss in a drive control means and a motor as much as possible, and effectively utilizing power, and electrical equipment which is equipped therewith. <P>SOLUTION: The motor driver is equipped with an inverter part 14 which converts the DC voltage of a DC power source 8 into square wave AC voltage and supplies it to a brushless motor, a rotor position detecting means 16 which detects the rotor position of the motor, a power detecting means which detects the power value used for motor drive, a control means which controls the conduction angle and the lead angle of the inverter part 14 as a drive control means 17, and a control means which controls the DC voltage value of the DC power source 8. The drive control means 17 controls the conduction angle, the lead angle, and the DC voltage value so that the detected power values may be approximately equal to the target power values. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
