摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, because a warning is sounded for urging the replenishment of a reducing agent for the regeneration processing of a catalyst regardless of the remaining amount of fuel, there is a case that the replenishment of the reducing agent cannot be smoothly performed. <P>SOLUTION: This exhaust emission control device uses the catalyst 34 which undergoes the regeneration processing by the reducing agent R different from fuel F supplied to an engine 10 loaded in a vehicle. The exhaust emission control device is equipped with: a travelable distance setting part for estimating a travelable distance of a vehicle based on the remaining amount of the fuel F in a fuel tank 19 detected by a fuel remaining amount sensor 32; a travel allowable distance setting part for estimating a travel allowable distance of the vehicle based on the remaining amount of the reducing agent R in a reducing agent tank 36 detected by a reducing agent remaining amount sensor 41; a comparison determination part for comparing the travel allowable distance with the travelable distance; and a warning generation means 52 for sounding a warning for urging the replenishment of the reducing agent R to the reducing agent tank 36 when the travelable distance is longer than the travel allowable distance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
