PURPOSE: A solar cell module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the deterioration of efficiency due to heat of a solar cell by smoothly discharging heat from the rear of the solar cell. CONSTITUTION: A solar cell(150) receives sunlight and generates electricity. A first sealing member(131) and a second sealing member(132) seal a solar cell string. A front glass(110) is located on the front side of a solar cell module body. A back sheet(120) is located on the rear of the solar cell module body. An uneven surface of a back sheet includes a diaphragm with an unevenness.
