A method for manufacturing an artificial nacre sheet is provided to manufacture a nacre pattern panel having various color backgrounds without restriction of size by using the artificial nacre sheet efficiently. A method for manufacturing an artificial nacre sheet comprises the followings steps of: manufacturing a pre-resin sheet of various colors by blending pigments, pearl, metal paste etc in an acetate resin; cutting the manufactured pre-resin sheet with desired size and a shape; laminating the cut pre-resin sheet regularly or irregularly; manufacturing a rear plate artificial nacre sheet due to gelation fusion of the laminated pre-resin sheet; gaining a thin film artificial nacre sheet by mounting the rear plate artificial nacre sheet on a shearing machine; and polishing a surface of the thin film artificial nacre sheet.
