<p>The said invention is a semi-automatically washing machine for cleaning vegetables and fruits, as well as cutting long vegetables into regular length and shapes. It acts like a kitchen assistant. This invention is trying to provide one-stop solution for home and restaurant cooking preparation. It's an environmental friendly design to use less detergent. The shape of the machine is a double hull container. The cleaning process includes water rinse by special shower nozzle water soak and air bubbles cleaning, vibrating cleaning etc. The cleaning processes are controlled by manually set (through push buttons) and instrument system in the cover lid. The control system can be further developed into microprocessor program system. Vegetable, fruit wash liquid/detergents injection will be operated manually through the tee pipe/tube. It mixes with inflow water naturally and applied into washing process. In addition, the cutting process is a supplementary function, it can be either manually cut by the internal cutting tool or an optional choose. A manually simply pre-treatment process needs to be done before using this machine. Generally, it is an easy cooking preparation machine.</p> |
