1. A system for recycling flue gas comprising;
an air-tight enclosure; a flue gas distribution system comprising a plurality of bubblers and a nutrients infuser; a gas return system pneumatically coupling a top surface of the air-tight enclosure to the gas distribution system through a pressure release valve, the pressure release valve configured to controllably vent gas from the air-tight enclosure or return gas to the gas distribution system; a plurality of environmental sensors coupled to each of the air-tight enclosure, the gas distribution system, and the gas return system; and one or more processing cells encapsulated within the air-tight enclosure, each cell comprising: a plurality of guide columns protruding inward from a first surface of the cell; a plurality of light emitting columns protruding inward from a second surface of the cell; a moveable grate comprising a plurality of ballast tanks with adjustable buoyancy, wherein the grate slidably couples to the guide columns enabling the grate to slide vertically when the ballast tank buoyancy is adjusted; wherein a subset of the plurality of bubblers pneumatically couple to the bottom side of the cell, each bubbler configured to controllably release gas into the cell and the nutrients infuser is configured to dispense a lipid trigger into the water.
