The present invention relates to a polyphenylene ether flame-retardant resin composition and a molded product. According to the present invention, a polyphenylene ether flame-retardant resin composition and a molded product have effects in that a glass fiber having a specific aspect ratio as a reinforced rigid glass fiber of an alloy of a polyphenylene ether resin and a polystyrene resin is used and the weight ratio of a plate-like filler used in combination with the glass fibers is controlled, so warpage of a product after molding and protrusion of the glass fiber from the surface are minimized while rigidity required in a polyphenylene ether resin composition is maintained.
