However, currently, a method for recognizing a car number using an image recognition technology by taking an image of a license plate by a camera is the only automatic recognition means. The image recognition technology has an advantage that other devices except the license plate are not required for a car but often incorrectly recognizes the car number or cannot recognize the car number due to light or the state of the license plate. A device for recognizing a car number according to the present invention can accurately recognize the car number by mounting an RFID tag for recognizing a car on the license plate or a car key.
