PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve a driving device for driving a switching element.SOLUTION: A driving device for driving a switching element having a control terminal, a first conduction terminal and a second conduction terminal has a first impedance element having a first terminal and a second terminal, the second terminal being connected to a control terminal of the switching element, a second impedance element which is connected to a clamp switch in series between a first potential line and a control terminal of the switching element and has a higher impedance than the impedance of the first impedance element, and a control circuit that outputs a charge control signal for turning on a charging switch and turning off the charging switch before the first conduction terminal and the second conduction terminal of the switching element reaches the same potential, and a clamp control signal for turning on the clamp switch after the charging switch is turned on.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
