PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image processing apparatus requiring a less storage region for the image data to be stayed, when reading the images on the surface and back of a document in parallel, and processing the images on the surface and back in order, and continuously in the page image of each surface.SOLUTION: When the band data of one surface of a document and the band data of the other surface of a document are outputted in parallel from a data acquisition unit 1a and a data acquisition unit 1b, a data writing section 3 stays the band data of the other surface of a document in a memory 5, and a data reading section 6 begins to read the band data thus stayed, when reading of all band data of one surface of a document has completed for 1 page.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
