PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance efficiency of the whole system of a high-frequency transmitter.SOLUTION: In a high-frequency transmitter including conversion units 10-18 for converting electric energy into high-frequency power, and a transmission unit 1 for transmitting the high-frequency power, converted in the conversion units 10-18, while converting into electromagnetic waves to the space on the outside of the conversion units, the conversion unit 10-18 has a magnetic oscillation element 2 having a function for modulating the high-frequency power depending on the electric energy. The magnetic oscillation element 2 includes a pair of thin film electrodes 11, 18, a pin layer 14 having a fixed magnetization direction, a free layer 16 having a magnetization direction which changes depending on the external magnetic field, and an intermediate layer 15 arranged between the pin layer 14 and free layer 16, between the pair of electrodes 11, 18. The resistance value of an element composed of the pin layer 14, intermediate layer 15 and free layer 16 changes by the angle between the magnetization direction of the pin layer 14 and the magnetization direction of free layer 16, and the transmission unit 1 is constituted integrally with the magnetic oscillation element 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
