PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnosis support system capable of supporting and facilitating a diagnosis made by a medical doctor while improving the diagnosis accuracy.SOLUTION: A processing section 101 has an extraction means 101b which includes at least one of: segmentation means for segmenting a pick-up image based on color quality; first extraction means 101b-1 that extracts a part candidate based on brightness components; and second extraction means 101b-2 that extracts a part candidate based on color space constituted of brightness element and color information element.
