PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perovskite type solar battery capable of keeping a high photoelectric conversion efficiency while the solar battery is manufactured by only low-temperature treatments (preferably, it includes no porous electron-transport layer) and further, to provide a perovskite type solar battery which can be manufactured in a simple manner without relying only on a vacuum process film formation particularly for an underlying layer thereof.SOLUTION: There is provided a perovskite type solar battery comprising: an underlying layer including titanium oxide nanoparticles having an average particle diameter of 15-20 nm; and a light absorbing layer on the underlying layer, including a compound represented by the general formula (1), (RNH)PbX[where Rrepresents a hydrocarbon group; and Xrepresents a halogen atom], and/or a compound represented by the general formula (2), (HOOCRNH)APbX[where Rrepresents a hydrocarbon group; A represents K, Rb, Cs or Fr; Xrepresents a halogen atom; and x is 0.01 or more and less than 1].SELECTED DRAWING: None |
