PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor unit 10 to which a heat sink 40 is fixed without using a bolt.SOLUTION: A stator 23 is shrink-fitted, and further, a rotor housing 26 is pressed-in a stator housing 22. In a space separated by the stator housing 22 and the rotor housing 26, a rotor 25 is housed by adding the stator 23. A heat sink 40 is further pressed-in the stator housing 22.
