PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stem and a probe which are cheap and are made of easily-prepared non-magnetic material.SOLUTION: A stem 3 includes: a core wire 311 comprised of linear carbon fibers; and a coating layer 32 made of a non-magnetic inorganic material covering the outer surface of the core wire 311. The stem 3 can be therefore prevented from becoming deformed even by a measurement target object with a magnetic force applied. Further, by controlling the thickness of the coating layer 32 can set the diameter of the stem 3 to a desired size if the core wire 311 has a small diameter size, and the stem 3 can be manufactured at a low cost and with a simple method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
