Disclosed is a device for blending coal via automatic flipping, comprising a basic support frame (1), a coal storage hopper (2), a weighing hopper (3) and a transferring hopper (4). The weighing hopper (3) is provided with four hydraulic support rods (10) at an outer portion thereof to connect to a flipping plate (8). A middle portion of the flipping plate (8) is provided with a weighing device (13) pointing to a bottom portion of the weighing hopper (3). A horizontal support plate (11) is provided with a hydraulic cylinder support (12) therebelow. The hydraulic cylinder support (12) is provided with a hydraulic telescoping cylinder (7) thereon connected to a bottom portion of the flipping plate (8). The hydraulic cylinder support (12) is provided with a controller (9) thereon. Therefore, the weighing device (13) transmits, after the coal in the weighing hopper (3) receives a specified weight, a signal to the controller (9) to control the hydraulic telescoping cylinder (7) to compress, such that the weighing hopper (3) flips over, and the weighed coal immediately falls into the transferring hopper (4) for external transfer, thus realizing an automatic operation and saving a significant amount of manpower and material resources. |
