PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a taste tightness added non-alcohol beer taste beverage.SOLUTION: There is provided a non-alcohol beer taste beverage with weight ratio of polyphenol to the total amount of extract components (wt.% of polyphenol/wt.% of total amount of extract components) of 20×10to 50×10, preferably 20 to 40×10, further preferably 20 to 30×10. There is provided a non-alcohol beer taste beverage with the total amount of the extraction components of 0.1 to 2 wt.%, preferably 0.1 to 1 wt.%, especially preferably 0.1 to 0.35 wt.%. There is provided a non-alcohol beer taste beverage with the content of saccharide of 0.1 to 2.0 g/100 ml, preferably 0.1 to 1.0 g/100 ml and especially preferably 0.1 to 0.35 g/ml and calorie of 0.4 to 8 kcal/100 ml, preferably 0.4 to 2 kcal/100 ml and especially preferably 0.4 to 1.4 kcal/100 ml.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
