PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radar device, an angle measurement method, and a program, which are capable of preventing a failure caused by a multi-pass countermeasure in a situation where a multi-pass is unavailable.SOLUTION: A radar device includes: a phase difference calculation part that forms plural reception beams to extract a reception signal at each reception beam, detects a target signal on the basis of each reception signal, determines presence of a multi-pass on the basis of reception signals on plural selective reception beams including a reception beam where the target signal has been detected, performs angle-measurement processing without a multi-pass countermeasure being applied in the case of multi-pass being absent or performs angle-measurement processing with a multi-pass countermeasure being applied in the case of multi-pass being present, and calculates a phase difference of reception signals at two specific reception beams identified from the plural selective reception beams; a phase difference prediction part for predicting a phase difference of respective reception signals at the two specific reception beams under the situation of multi-pass being unavailable; and a determination part for determining presence of a multi-pass on the basis of the difference between the phase difference calculation result and the phase difference prediction result. |
