An implantable stent for use in a vessel or tubular structure, comprising: a main lumen comprising a structure formed from wires and having a uniform diameter and having a pattern of interconnected cells; at least one side branch lumen formed from wires and extending laterally to the structure and where an angle between the side branch lumen and the main lumen is adjustable, and where the wires forming the main lumen and wires forming the side branch lumen are interconnected allowing the side branch lumen to be in fluid communication with the main lumen; and a graft material coupled to the main lumen and extending along a length of the main lumen and the at least one side branch lumen, where the graft lumen includes a series of convolutions extending along a length of the main lumen and having pre-formed ridges and grooves about an entire circumference of the graft, where the series of convolutions enhances flexibility and adjustability of the implantable stent where a perimeter of a base of the at least one side branch lumen that connects to the main lumen is devoid of convolutions.
