<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink composition for obtaining excellent printing scuff resistance without a need of using a dispersion stabilizer by including a pigment that dispersibility into water is improved by a surface treatment thereof, a compound having a specific structure and water. SOLUTION: An ink composition comprise a pigment (A) that dispersibility into water is improved by a surface treatment thereof, a compound represented by the formula: R1(OCH2CH2)n (wherein R1 is an alkyl group; and n is an integer of 0-2) or dimethyl sulfoxide (B) and water (C). As the component (A) is cited, for example, surface treated carbon black introducing a carboxyl group to the surface, surface treated carbon black introducing a sulfo group to the surface, or the like. As the compound represented by formula of the component (B) is cited, for example, methanol, ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, or the like. The ink composition is preferably as followings; the component (A) (solid content rate): 0.1-10 wt.%, the component (B): 2-10 wt.% and the like. The component (C) is preferably purified water.</p> |
